It is that time of year. You know the one. I know you still have a stock pile of Halloween candy in your pantry as we approach the Christmas season. I have been busy tending to school and life but am committed to bringing you more frequent posts again.
It is cold and blustery but we managed to get our Christmas decorations up and ready to go. Now I must run the fall decor back out to the shed.
While I have fallen off track with my healthy lifestyle I am determined to get back on.
Take these tips and a deep breath if you’re in the same boat I am:
Do not beat yourself up for overindulging over the holidays.
Drink lots of water
Eat small healthy meals leading up to the much anticipated feast
Eat the cookie
