Chicken and pineapple

Super simple fast and easy , that is the world we live in. In order to be that way our meals need to be too.

I literally threw this in a pan one night and fell in love with it. Now I make it all the time. It’s filling and falls in the whole 30, no carb/ low carb diet plans.

Ingredients:

1 – boneless skinless chicken breast – cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup pineapple, bite size chunks

1/2 cup mushrooms, bite size chunks (I used Bella’s the first time and button mushrooms the second time, delish both ways)

Olive oil for the pan

Salt, pepper, garlic powder , to taste

1/4 tsp paprika

Pinch of chili powder

Directions:

Season chicken with salt pepper and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet , add seasoned chicken cook until golden brown.

Add mushrooms and pineapple, cook until mushrooms are cooked and pineapple starts to brown. Add paprika and chili powder , allow to cook for another 1-2 minutes and enjoy!

If you’re not following a whole 30 food plan , feel free to serve over steamed rice or roasted potatoes. If you are following a whole 30 plan , add a small salad to your plate and you have a filling delicious meal!
