Help wanted

I am all about food prep and making life easier. Sunday is my main food prep day for snacks and lunches for the week. If healthy is just as easy to grab as junk (although there isn’t much junk in the house) then there’s no excuse not to grab the healthier option.

So this brings me to breakfast, and where I need your help!

Breakfast needs to be appetizing, stupid fast and preferably warm.

I typically make poached eggs in the microwave (literally 2 minutes of your life to make perfect poached eggs)

Overnight oats …. so many recipes out there but I’m not sure about eating them cold or the texture…. please leave your favorite quick breakfasts in the comments !!
