A lot of water , total tea, more whole foods than processed and an inconsistent work out routine I am 14 days into my health goals and down 3 pounds. My skin is clearing and looking pretty snazzy and I’m feeling a bit more energized each day.
Still trying to finish reading Dr.Phils 20/20 diet book but haven’t found time to sit and just read , maybe it’s audible somewhere and I can listen on my way to/from work? Who knows. I do know that I like to fit as much into my time as I can. That includes the fun side of parenting. Yesterday we slept in made a healthy breakfast to go , got in the car and drove to a local trampoline park. For an hour we ran and giggled and bounced. I recorded part of my time. Not too shabby for just getting back into things. Happy Sunday y’all!
